About reservations
STEAK OTSUKAでは、予約システムでのご予約を承っております。
ご予約につきましては各時間帯、最大10名様のみ承っております。
・ご予約の受付時間枠は11：00、12：00、13：00より選択頂き、ご利用時間は最大１時間になります。
・ご予約は翌日から2ケ月先まで可能です。
・ご予約のお時間10分を超え、ご来店されない場合、自動的にキャンセル扱いとなります。ご理解とご協力お願いいたします。
※予約席以外のお席につきましてはご来店して頂いた順番にご案内いたします。記名表は朝9時よりご記入いただけます。お店の開店時間11時までにお戻りください。お名前をお呼びした際にいらっしゃらない場合は列の最後にお並びいただきます。
“STEAK OTSUKA” accepts reservations using the reservation system.
・We accept reservations for up to 10 people. The remaining seats will be guided in the order of arrival.
・The reservation acceptance time slots are 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, and the usage time is up to 1 hour.
・Reservations can be made from the next day up to two months in advance.
・If you are more than 10 minutes late from your reservation time, it will be automatically cancelled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
When you get to the restaurant, you need to first write your name on this board. You are then called in when it’s your turn. If you want to get in without waiting in the line, the best thing to do is to write your name on the board at 9 a.m. when it’s brought outside, and then go sightseeing in Arashiyama. Just be sure to be back before 11 a.m. or you may end up in the end of the line.

１、自動返信メールが届かない場合は迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。また、ご入力をいただいたメールアドレスに間違いはなかったかいま一度ご確認をお願いいたします。メールアドレスに間違いがなく 迷惑メールフォルダにも届いていない場合はご一報くださいませ。

３、ご予約のお時間10分を超え、ご来店されない場合、自動的にキャンセル扱いとなります。ご理解とご協力お願いいたします。

カード情報の入力
この予約にはクレジットカードが必要です。 予約をキャンセルした場合、キャンセルポリシーに記載の条件に基づいて、お預かりしたクレジット情報からキャンセル料をご請求させていただきます。 カードの有効性を確認するために、少額（ \50 ）を抑えます。（来店後返金されます）
全ての情報の入力が終わりましたら【予約を完了する】を押してください。
これで予約は完了です。
Credit Card Required
We require your credit card for this reservation. If you cancel your reservation, you will be charged in accordance with the venue's cancellation policy. To verify your card, we will make a small refundable hold (¥50)
When you have finished entering all information, please press [Complete Reservation].
Your reservation is now complete.
